Trekking in Hunza Valley

Hunza valley offers unlimited trekking for all grades or challenges from one day onwards. The trek to Shatubar glacier, Patundas meadows, Batura Valley & to the Pamir side provides magnificent views & adventures. A moderate daylong trek takes you from Gulmit, through Kamaris to Ghulkin glacier, Borith Lake & eventually Hussaini Village (Hot Spring & Suspension bridges), from Karimabad to Ular Meadows and back and many other day treks in every small villages of the valley.

All treks offer a diverse experience from panoramic views including peaks, glaciers, streams, river, crop fields & settlements for a unique opportunity to meet very hospitable locals. The trek between Gulmit & Hussaini offers another taste of adventure, as the trekker is required to cross two suspension footbridges that demand bravery & high determination to cross. Another day trek/hike, which starts from Passu – Borith Lake to Gulmit via the Ghulkin glacier and village.
